Sarah’s 16th birthday is not till August 23 but this week was the best time to get her friends together.
I’m about to leave for a road trip in order to get one of Sarah’s birthday guests home but I’ll post a few pictures before I leave. There will be many stories and pictures to follow.

The Birthday Hat????
They all look so pretty and grown! I can't believe 16 already. When I read the earlier post and realized Sarah was about to be 16 I really think I got 4 more gray hairs right then. Time is flying! I mean really, I was floored when Nathan graduated college! I really do believe he must have done an accelerated College Study because it didn't seem as he had been gone that long. I'm trying to wrap my mind around next Wednesday my baby boys will be turning 18yrs. is there a way to slow any of this down?

Ummm....16, NO WAY! Can't be....how did that happen? Driving?.....Dating?.....looking gorgeous and so grown up, I must say......and, I agree with Dana Hart - where is the BIRTHDAY HAT???? or is that saved for the actual, real day? What a lovely group of stunning young ladies - but one stands out from the crowd - Miss Sarah.
Yes, so very blessed. And can I just say, I love Sarah's hair up off her forehead, she has such a lovely shaped face.

Sarah's certainly grown into a lovely young woman. Time goes by so fast--I know you're enjoying all the time you have with her before she, too, flies the nest, as they say. Best Wishes, Sarah, and may I say you and your friends are just lovely, inside & out!
