A Sarah and Snowy Video

Thanks for watching my non Speilberg-esque efforts as I figure out the mysteries of video. Even though the video is about a whole lot of nothin,' I had great fun doing it.

I found you on... well, phooey! I can't remember the name. (The lady that did your blog design)

Anyway.. one click led to another and the next thing I know I'm on your daughter's caringbridge site. I wanted to tell you how BLESSED I am to find a Neuroblastoma SURVIVOR!!!!! (PRAISE, BE THE LORD!) We lost our son to nb a little over 2 years ago. (He was 11) I remember SEARCHING DESPERATELY for someone.. ANYONE that survived!

Have you heard of the "Band of Parents"? (bandofparents.org) They're, I mean, we're a group of parents that raise money for neuroblastoma research. (They're all, or at least mostly connected through Sloane (sp?) in NY. Our son never did the antibody. We were at St. Jude the first time and again after relapse.

When we were given no hope we went to Vermont as a last effort to save him. He was saved (his soul, I mean) at the age of 8 on Easter Sunday and though we never told him he wouldn't make it, the LORD prepared him to go HOME. (Saddest times, yet the most beautiful... to see our son interact with his SAVIOR)

Anyway.. I wanted to let you know I stopped by and I also wanted to tell you how BLESSED I am to see your beautiful daughter doing so well!
